Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing requirements.

• Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and implement solutions to ensure project success.

• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.

• Facilitate effective collaboration across teams and departments.

• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct project evaluations and provide post-project reports and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is a plus.
